Return Policy

Face Footwear offers a 7-day return policy. Customers can raise a return request within 7 days of product delivery.

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at info@facefootwear.com with your order number.

Return Process

Step 1:

Contact our customer support team at info@facefootwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2:

A clear packet unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.

Please also share:

Product photos
Packet photos
Sticker/label photo pasted on the packet
Photos showing the packet is not tampered from any side

Step 3:

Once your request is approved, we will arrange product pickup within 2–4 business days, wherever reverse pickup service is available.

Step 4:

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, seals, barcodes, accessories, and freebies intact.

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup service for most pin codes.

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner, you will need to self-ship the product to us.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items
Socks
Shoe laces
Used or altered products
Products damaged due to misuse or overuse
Products returned without original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, or accessories
Products with damaged original packaging
Products where the serial number is tampered
Free products provided by the brand
Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us at info@facefootwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please share a clear unboxing video, product photos, packet photos, and order details for verification.

Partial Return

Yes, customers can return part of an order.

If multiple products were ordered, a return request can be raised for selected items only. However, the returned item must include all original components, packaging, accessories, and any free gifts received with it.
