We offer our customers an "07 days return and exchange policy," wherein you can raise a exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery and we need a proper invoice as well as unboxing videos for the exchange, without invoice and the unboxing videos we can't initiate the return/exchange.Â
We have a reverse pick-up facility for most PIN codes. Exchange products are picked up within 2-4 business days by our own courier.
